Amendment #323 to H4600

Online lottery revenue allocation to the Public Health Trust Fund

Representatives Scanlon of North Attleborough and Chan of Quincy move to amend the bill in section 8 by inserting after “shares;” in line 149 the following: “(iii) 2% of the revenues accruing from the sale of online lottery shall be transferred to the Public Health Trust Fund, established pursuant to Section 58 of Chapter 23K;”; and in said section 8 to strike, in line 149, “(iii)” and insert in place thereof “(iv)”.
