Mrs. Mendes of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1136, in the last line, by inserting after the word “program” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for domestic violence outreach for the Cape Verdean Association in the City of Brockton” ; and in said item by striking out the figures “$75,558,041” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$75,658,041”.
