Amendment #378 to H4600

LGBT Aging Commission

Representatives Stanley of Waltham and Lipper-Garabedian of Melrose move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-0100, in line 2, by inserting after "facilities" the following: "provided, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the LGBTQIA+ Aging Project of Fenway Health to support the permanent commission on older lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender adults and their caregivers established in section 71 of chapter 3 of the General Laws"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$5,636,892" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$5,711,892".
