Lowell Litter Krewe

Ms. Howard of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following: "; provided further that not less than $15,000 shall be expended for the Lowell Litter Krewe for weekly volunteer neighborhood clean-up, recycling and composting in Lowell, to meet community needs, and providing the tools necessary to keep Lowell safe and beautiful for residents to enjoy”.
