AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING AT-LARGE TOWN MEETING MEMBERS IN THE TOWN OF MILFORD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The first sentence of section 3 of chapter 271 of the acts of 1933, as most recently amended by section 1 of chapter 12 of the acts of 2018, is hereby further amended by inserting after the words “director of municipal finance” the following words:- , the chair of the board of water commissioners.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
