AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF HOPKINTON TO OFFER AN INCOME-ELIGIBLE DISCOUNT PROGRAM FOR SEWER AND WATER RATES
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the select board of the town of Hopkinton may discount fees charged to income-eligible residents for the use of the town’s water and sewer systems.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
