Adult Emergency Room Diversion Initiative

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5046-0000, in line 26, by inserting after "Boston" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $19,000,000 may be expended for the department's emergency room diversion initiative to stabilize adults in crisis;"; and in said item by striking out the figures "619,175,134" and inserting in place thereof the figures "638,175,134"
