Restore AHVP Flexibility

Ms. Kilcoyne of Clinton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-9030, by inserting after the words “current small area fair market rent”, the following words:- , except as necessary as a reasonable accommodation for a household member with a disability or as otherwise directed by the executive office.

And further amend said item by striking out the words “the mobile vouchers” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- the mobile and project-based vouchers.
