Merrimack River Watershed Council's Regional CSO Projects

Ms. Nguyen of Andover moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2200-0100, in line 14, by inserting after “responsibilities” the following words:- “; and provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Merrimack River Watershed Council, Inc. for a regional approach to reducing combined sewer overflows in the Merrimack River”; and by striking out the figures “$54,009,482” and inserting in place thereof the figures:- “$54,109,482”
