An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Sara
Dubik
-Unruh, an employee of the department of transitional assistance.
Whereas
, The deferred operation for this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to make Whereas, the deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to establish forthwith a sick leave bank for a certain employee
of the department of transitional assistance, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience., therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate p

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the department of transitional assistance shall establish sick leave bank for Sara
Dubik
-Unruh, an employee of the department. Any employee of the department may voluntarily contribute one or more sick, personal or vacation days to the sick leave bank for use by Sara
Dubik
-Unruh. Whenever Sara
Dubik
-Unruh terminates employment with the department or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank, the remaining time in the sick leave bank shall be transferred to the extended illness leave bank.
