An Act Authorizing the City of Attleboro to Continue the Employment of Ronald M. Churchill.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding chapter 32 of the General Laws or any other general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the maximum age requirement shall be waived for Ronald M. Churchill, chief of the fire department of the city of Attleboro, and Ronald M. Churchill may continue in said position until June 30, 2010; provided, however, that he is physically and mentally capable of performing the duties of the position.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
