An Act relative to the distribution of the simplified rules of procedure for special town meetings in the town of North Andover.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 6-2 of chapter 2 of the charter of the town of North Andover is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence :- The Town Clerk shall make copies of the simplified rules available for distribution to those requesting them and to those in attendance at all sessions of the town meeting.
