An Act Authorizing the Town of Winchester to Issue Five Licenses for the Sale of All Alcoholic Beverages to be
Drunk
on the Premises for Restaurants Containing Seventy or More Seats.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General C
ourt assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Notwithstanding the provisions of section seventeen of Chapter one hundred and thirty-eight of the General Laws, the licensing authority of the Town of Winchester is herby authorized to issue, to five restaurants with seating capacities of not less than seventy seats, licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises. Said license shall be subject to all the provisions of said Chapter one hundred and thirty-eight except said section seventeen.
SECTION 2.
This act shall take effect upon its passage.
