An Act relative to inhalant abuse by minors.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as
follows:
SECTION 1.
Section
35 of Chapter 123 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the words ‘or
substance
s
having property of releasing toxic vapors
’ after the phrase “a person who chronically or habitually consumes or ingests controlled
substances”
in the definition of “substance abuser”.
SECTION 2. For purposes of this Act, the definition of “
substance
s
having property of releasing toxic vapors
” will be that described in Section 18 of Chapter 270 of the General Laws.
