An Act  relative to designating a certain area in the city of Worcester as a Place of Peace Healing Garden.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              The Route 20 section off of Millbury Street in the City of Worcester shall be designated and known as a Place of Peace Healing Garden, in memory of those who have lost their lives to cancer and those currently living with Cancer. The department of conservation and recreation shall, subject to appropriation, erect and maintain suitable markers bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
