An Act Relative to Apprentice Training.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 11H of chapter 23 , as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “ instruction ” ,in line 12 , the following words:- , which shall be monitored by a proctor, and .

SECTION 2.   Said section l1H of said chapter 23, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “training ” , in line 20 , the following words:- monitored by a proctor .

SECTION 3 . Section 11I of said chapter 23, so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 8, the words “during” and inserting in place thereof the following words :- , which shall be monitored by a proctor , during.

SECTION 4 . Section 11K of said chapter 23, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line l9, the words “in” and inserting in place thereof the following word :- , which shall be monitored by a proctor , in.
