An Act Relative to South Hadley Town Meeting Members.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1: The first paragraph of Section 2 of Chapter 45 of the Acts of 1933, as most recently amended Section 1 of Chapter 89 of the Acts of 2004 , is hereby further amended by striking out the following words in lines 3 through 5 “other than the officers designated in section three of this act as tow n meeting members ex officiis ” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-

“ other than the officer position designated for the Town Moderator,”

SECTION 2: Section 3 of Chapter 45 of the Acts of 1933 , as most recently amended by Chapter 335 of t he Acts of 2010, is hereby further amended by striking out the first and second paragraphs.

SECTION 3 : This act shall take effect upon its passage.
