An Act Amending Police Appointments in the Town of Dudley.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.   Section 2 of Chapter 511 of the Acts of 1975 is hereby amended by striking the words “ the town counsel and four persons appointed by the town moderator, two of who shall be members of the board of selectmen and two of who shall be members of the finance committee of said town ” and inserting therein the following:

“ the town administrator, the chief of police, and three persons appointed by the town moderator, two of who shall be members of the board of selectmen and one of which shall be a member of the finance committee of said town. ”
