Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled,
And by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
The bicycle path to be built on the new bridge on State Highway Route 6, spanning over the Taunton River and connecting the City of Fall River and the Town of Somerset shall be designated and known as the “Army Pvt. Michael E.
Bouthot
Bicycle Path.” The department of highways shall erect suitable markers bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
