Mr. Sannicandro of Ashland move that the bill be amended in section 2D in line-item 6622-1280 by inserting the following:



;provided further that not less than $1,500,000 will be used for the planning, engineering, design, or construction of projects in the Town of Ashland that will mitigate the impact of the at-grade rail crossing on the delivery of emergency municipal services including police and fire services.
