Lombardo and other members of the General Court for legislation relative to standards for protective headgear for operators or passengers on motorcycles; Senate, No. 1734 of Kenneth J. Donnelly for legislation to increase the speed limit on US Route 3; 1735, 1742, 1744, 1748, 1749, 1750, 1754, 1758, 1760, 1765, 1766, 1770, 1773, 1774, 1779, 1782, 1785, 1791, 1795, 1796, 1800, 1813 and 1814 relative to transportation matters, report the accompanying Order (Senate, No. 2349).
