An Act designating a certain bridge in the town of West Boylston as the Spc. Kyle A. Little memorial bridge.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The Route 140 Bridge numbered W-17-004 (22T) located in West Boylston, Massachusetts, shall be designated and known as the Spc. Kyle A. Little Memorial Bridge, in honor and recognition of Kyle A. Little, a US Army Specialist, killed in action on May 8, 2007 on his second tour of duty in Iraq at 20 years of age. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain a suitable marker bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
