Senate, February 10, 2022 -- The committee on Advanced Information Technology, the Internet and Cybersecurity, to whom was referred the petitions (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 45) of Harriette L. Chandler, Susan L. Moran, Andres X. Vargas, David M. Rogers and other members of the General Court for legislation to protect internet access during the COVID-19 pandemic; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 48) of James B. Eldridge and Tram T. Nguyen for legislation to ensure a free and open internet in the commonwealth; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 49) of Paul R. Feeney for legislation relative to the establishment of a special commission relative to the promotion of a Massachusetts broadband competitive marketplace; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 52) of Barry R. Finegold, Andres X. Vargas and Linda Dean Campbell for legislation to remove barriers to internet regulation, competition and affordability; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 53) of Barry R. Brady for legislation to establish a special commission to review advancements in educational technology, digital/online learning and related programs; (accompanied by resolve, Senate, No. 62) of Walter F. Timilty for legislation to establish a special commission to review advancements in educational technology, digital/online learning and related programs in order to provide the Commonwealth with the most current research and information; and (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 225) of Michael O.
