The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act revising the award of construction contracts.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 44F of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 92, the word “customarily.
SECTION 2. Section 8 of chapter 149A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 21, 22, 148 and 149 the word “customarily”.
