Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Mary M. Dyer of Watertown shall be eligible to buy back 6 months of employment time with The Massachusetts Teachers’ Retirement System upon making payments of all amounts that would have been deducted had she been receiving employment credit. |
