An Act relative to removing fees for noncriminal hearings of violations of certain motor vehicle laws.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The first paragraph of of paragraph (4) of subsection (A) of section 3 of Chapter 90C of the General Laws, as amended by section 73 of the acts of 2009, is hereby further amended by striking out the last sentence. |
