The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act to reduce court fees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The first subparagraph of paragraph (4) of subsection (A) of section 3 of chapter 90c, as most recently amended by section 73 of Chapter 27 of the Acts of 2009, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence: “This fee shall be waived in those instances where the violator is found not responsible.” |
