An Act relative to housing types considered affordable under Chapter 40B .
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 40B of the General Laws, is hereby amended by including as a category, Section Eight Housing Vouchers in addition to already cited applicable affordable housing types. |
