An Act relative to collective bargaining agreements.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 7 (d) of chapter 150E of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the words “pursuant to chapter forty-eight;” in line 53, the following words:- “any general or special law pertaining to appointment, transfer or removal of any employee or employees who meet the definition of “employee” or “public employee” as defined in section one of this chapter;” |
