An Act relative to access for the office of the child advocate.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              M.G.L. Ch.18C, sec 6, line 3 is amended in line 3 by striking after the word and, the word, relevant, and replacing it with the following, unrestricted access to all electronic information systems,
