An Act concerning condominium discrimination laws.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 7 of Chapter 183A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is herby amended by inserting at the end of the section of the following:- , unless the common expense results from discrimination of the unit owner by the condominium association and the condominium association is found liable of the discrimination. |
