The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An act providing that the USS Massachusetts War Memorial at Battleship Cove be updated to include the Afghanistan and Third Persian Gulf wars.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 124A of Chapter 6 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding after paragraph two thereof the following:- Said honor roll shall have a separate section in memory of those Members of the United States from the Commonwealth who died in the service of their country during the Afghanistan War (Enduring Freedom) and the Third Persian Gulf War “Operation Iraqi Freedom”. |
