An Act relative to prescription transfer coupons.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.              Section 3 of Chapter 175H of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following new sentence:  

              This section shall not apply to any remuneration that a retail pharmacy provides to a consumer in connection with a pharmacy service, item or prescription transfer offer.
