Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 55 of Chapter 15 of the Acts of 1996 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the follwing:'for park and recreation purposes and not for other purposes'." |
