An Act Relative to Liquor Licenses.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 14 of Chapter 138, of the Massachusetts General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the last sentence the following new paragraph:-

              A non-profit or charitable organization licensee under this Section may purchase beer, wine or alcoholic beverages for resale from a retailer licensed under Section 15 of this Chapter up to 4 times per calendar year.
