An Act authorizing the lease of certain property in the town of Ludlow.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Not withstanding section 16 of chapter 30B of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the town of Ludlow may lease to the Ludlow Boys & Girls Club, Inc for ten (10) years of less all or any portion of its property know as the Ludlow Community Caneter located at 91 Claudia's Way in Ludlow, together with the right to use appurtenant access roads, parking spcaces, and related facilities located outside the Community Center, upon such terms and conditions as the board of selectmen deems appropriate, in accordance with the vote passed pursuant to Article 2 on the warrent for May 14, 2012 special town meeting.

              SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
