An Act relative to trafficking in methamphetamines.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 32E, subparagraph (b) of Chapter 94C as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the words “clause (4) of paragraph (a)” the following:- “clause (2) of paragraph (c),”. |
