An Act to address fraud in the Personal Care Attendant Program.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 72(c) of chapter 118E of the General Laws, as enacted by section 131 of chapter 224 of the Acts of 2012, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “to the council” the following words:-

              and the bureau of special investigations

              SECTION 2. Said Section 72(c) is hereby further amended by deleting the word “has” and substituting in its place the following words:- and the bureau of special investigations have
