An Act concerning car rental fees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 9, subsection (e) of Chapter 152 of the Acts of 1997 is herby amended as follows; Provided further that primary residents of the cities of Boston and Cambridge shall be exempted from paying the additional surcharge. |
