The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to information in certain health insurance policies to certain persons .
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 21(a)(ii) of Chapter 176o of the General Laws, as so appearing in Chapter 288 of the Acts of 2010, is hereby further amended by adding after the words "the following information" the following:-
"provided that where information is not applicable to an entity, such as the fact that the entity does not charge or collect premiums or maintain reserves, then such entity shall not be required to provide such information."
