The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the Massachusetts DOT Aviation Division Capital Expenditure Program..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the Massachusetts Department of Transportation Aviation Division is hereby authorized to “roll-over” unspent Capital Expenditure Program dollars from year-to-year, consistent with the practice for other state transportation entities. |
