An Act authorizing owners to utilize products from cows or goats.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The second sentence of section 13 of chapter 94 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the word "precluded", the following words: - ; and provided further, the provisions of this chapter shall be inapplicable to the owner, or any person owning a share of a cow or goat, who is using any product derived from such animal for personal consumption .
