The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the high occupancy vehicle lane.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 119 of Chapter 205 of the Acts of 1996, as amended by Sections 47 and 48 of Chapter 11 of the Acts of 1997, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:- The department of highways shall open the high occupancy vehicle lane on the I-93 Southeast expressway to northbound traffic from 5 o’clock in the morning until 10 o’clock in the morning and to southbound traffic from 2 o’clock in the afternoon until 7 o’clock in the evening. |
