The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to firearm licensing.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Clause (6) of section 129B of chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the third sentence.
SECTION 2. Clause (7) of said section 129B, of said chapter 140, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the second sentence.
SECTION 3. Said section 129B of said chapter 140, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out clause 9B.
