The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the Massachusetts Housing Authority.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1, Chapter 23B, Title II, Part I of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 1 the following:
"Each Housing Authority shall post the names of their commissioners with their specific addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses or other means of contact on the wall of the community center for each of its developments and on their state websites."
