The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the possession of weapons.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 170 of the Acts of 2004 is hereby amended in section 1 by striking “federal, state or municipal” in each instance where it occurs and inserting in place thereof the following: “federal, state, county or municipal”.
SECTION 2. Said chapter is hereby amended in section 2 by striking the words, “state police and municipal police” and inserting in place thereof the following: “state, county and municipal law enforcement agencies”.
