The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the advisory board to the justices of the supreme judicial court.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 6A of chapter 211B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “assistance” in line 5, the following words: -- “1 elected clerk of the court chosen by the superior court clerk’s association, 1 district court clerk chosen by the district court clerk’s association.”
