An Act to promote environmentally sound transportation of agricultural products.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Paragraph 3 of subsection (d) of section 5 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- Farm vehicles may carry up to the gross vehicle weight rating provided they comply with section 19A. |
