The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the regional school transportation reimbursement fund.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 16C of chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end the following sentence: “Reimbursements made by the Department and deposited in the Regional School Transportation Reimbursement Fund may carry forward for one fiscal year.” |
