An Act authorizing the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintainance to modify the lease agreement on certain property owned by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the town of Tewksbury.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 296 of the Acts of 2006 is hereby amended to delete the provisions of Section 4 thereof. |
